Agreement

By using the Infinity Priest website and booking services of Gaurang Pandya, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Booking & Confirmation

• Online booking requests are subject to confirmation based on priest availability and auspicious muhurat
• A booking is confirmed only after direct communication and mutual agreement on date, time, location, and fees
• Quoted prices are starting rates; final fees may vary based on ceremony scope, travel, and samagri arrangements

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled ceremony to reschedule without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee to cover reserved time and preparation.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and venue information
• Prepare the puja area and samagri as guided before the ceremony
• Ensure a quiet, respectful environment for in-person and online pujas
• For online ceremonies, maintain stable internet and follow altar setup instructions provided in advance

Limitation of Liability

Our services are spiritual and ceremonial in nature. While we perform every ritual with devotion and traditional authenticity, we make no claims regarding specific outcomes. Infinity Priest is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our website or services.
